Star Trek - 2009-05-08

I watched the new trailer for the upcoming Star Trek movie and was VERY impressed. I have a good vibe about it. I still love watching the The Original Series on TV but seeing a new perspective will be a treat. Check it out @ www.startrekmovie.com.

Quantum of Solace

My wife and I went to see Quantum of Solace on Saturday and it was a great movie. I really enjoyed the fact that this was a sequel to Casino Royale. It gives a greater depth to Bond. Worth seeing! My only disappointment was that the trailer for Star Trek was NOT shown before Quantum of Solace. It must be available only in the US. I will have to watch it online tonight.


J'ai vu Quantum avec mon épouse samedi dernier et c'était un excellent film. J'aivraiment aimé que c'était une vraie suite à Casino Royale. Ca permet de mieux explorer le personnage de Bond. Ca vaut la peine ! J'étais décu par le fait que le trailer pour Star Trek n'a PAS été présenté avant le film. Il était probablement disponible seulement au US. Je vais l'écouter ce soir sur l'internet.

Bond. James Bond.

My wife and I saw "Casino Royale" on the weekend. I was very impressed by the story, film and Daniel Craig. A great action movie! Of all the Bonds, Craig's portrayal of 007 is very reminiscent of the original Bond, Sean Connery. Technology takes a backseat to the story and action in this installment, #21 in films and #1 in chronological order of the stories. Worth the price of admission.

J'ai vu "Casino Royale" avec mon épouse samedi dernier. J'étais très impressionné par le scénario, le film et Daniel Craig. Un exellent film d'action! De tout les Bonds, la performance de Craig est très proche du Bond originale, Sean Connery. La technologie prend un pas de recule en faveur de l'histoire et l'action dans le 21e film qui est le 1er en ordre chronologique des histoires. Ca veut le prix d'admission.

The Naked Gun

My wife and I were watching "The Naked gun" with Leslie Nielsen on Sunday. Best Nielsen movie EVER!!! It is still funny after almost 20 years. We were chuckling out loud!
