Happy Birthday to me! Bonne fête à moi!

Yesterday, the 27th of February, was my 33rd birthday. Had a nice day but our dinner plans were put on hold because our babysitter couldn't come over. I don't feel older yet... :-)

Hier, le 27 février, c'était mon 33e anniversaire de naissance. J'ai passé une bonne journée mais nos plans pour le souper ont été mise sur la glace puisque notre gardienne ne pouvait pas ce présenter. Je ne me sens pas plus vieux encore... :-)

Quicktime + Vista Part 2

I installed Quicktime on my new Acer laptop with Vista Business and Quicktime works great. My home computer must have some incompatibility with Quicktime. Anyway, I will install VLC Media Player which I have bene testing and it play all .MOV and .MP4 files very well on XP.

J'ai installé Quicktime sur mon nouveau portable Acer avec Windows Vista Business et Quicktime fonctionne très bien. Mon ordi à la maison doit avoir une incompatibilité avec Quicktime. Donc, après des essais fructueuses à lire des fichiers .MOV et .MP4 avec VLC Media Player sur XP, je vais l'installer sur mon poste.

Quicktime on Vista / Quicktime sur Vista

On my home computer with Vista Business, I have had terrible trouble playing .MOV files. All web-embedded stuff works fine but saved content would always crash. I found a program call Zoom Player that solved my problem. However, it does not support .M4V ou .MP4 files. I will try VLC Media Player to see if it solves the puzzle.

Sur mon ordi à la maison avec Vista Business, j'ai eu beaucoup de misère à jouer des fichier .MOV. Le contenu su rl'Internet fonctionne bien mais les fichiers sauvegardés ne voulait rien savoir. J'ai trouvé le logiciel Zoom Player qui a résolu mon problème. Malheureusement, il ne supporte pas les fichier .M4V ou .MP4. Je vais essayé VLC Media Player pour voir si c'est la meilleur solution.

Superbowl XLII

What a game! I was rooting for the Patriots but was proud of how the Giants played. Eli Manning outdueled Tom Brady. The blunder that cost the Patriots...the field goal they should of attempted. In the CFL, field goals are a way of life and it might have won the game for the Pats. Congrats to the NY Giants!

Beau match! Je voulais que les Patriots gagne mais felicitations au Giants. Eli Manning à eu le dessus sur Tom Brady. Le jeu qui a couté les Pats...le placement qu'ils auraient dû essayer. Dans la LCF, les placements sont très communs et ceci aurait pu faire une différence.
